How can I earn Qantas Points with Cheapa Campa?

 

How many Qantas Points will I earn when I book with Cheapa Campa?

You can earn 1 points per dollar spent on eligible Cheapa Campa bookings. 

 

What is an eligible rental?

An eligible rental is any road trip booking that is made for a Cheapa Campa campervan, motorhome or 4WD camper in Australia.

 

What can I earn Qantas Points on?

Qantas Points are earned on the daily rental rate (once discounts have been taken off) of your road trip only. Points are not earned on additional extras, liability options, admin fees, taxes or liability deposits. 

 

How will bonus Qantas Points apply?

If you book a promotion where you are eligible for bonus points these will be applied separately on top of the normal per dollar points. You will see these on your booking as BONUS QFF Points 

 

When will I receive my Qantas Points in my Frequent Flyer account?

Your Qantas Points will be credited up to six weeks from completion of the rental period.

 

I’ve booked through a travel agent – how do I get my Qantas Points?

Easy! You can add your Frequent Flyer number to your booking by contacting the Cheapa reservations team or when visiting our branch.
 

If there are multiple drivers on one booking, can Qantas Points earned be divided?

No. We only accept 1 Qantas Frequent Flyer account number per booking. This must be supplied between booking your RV and completing your road trip. The QFF number must match the Cheapa Campa main driver name for points to be applied. 

 

Can I use someone else’s Qantas Frequent Flyer Number for my booking?

No. The booking needs to be allocated to the same surname as the Qantas Frequent Flyer number.

 

I’d already booked my Cheapa Campa road trip without knowing I could earn Qantas Points. Am I eligible for points?

You will be able to add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number between booking your RV and completing your road trip. 

 

If I change my Cheapa Campa road trip, will I still earn Qantas Points?

If you change your road trip booking to a different date, location or Cheapa Campa vehicle type, you will still earn points on the value of the new booking. If you change from a Cheapa Campa rental to a maui, Apollo, Britz, Mighty or Hippie Camper rental, you will still be eligible to earn points on the value of the new hire.

 

If I cancel my Cheapa road trip, will I still earn Qantas Points?

No. If you choose to cancel your entire booking, you won’t be eligible to earn points.

 

I’m not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member – can I join and earn Qantas Points?

Yes! You can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program for free at the button below. Then you can start earning with your Cheapa Campa road trip! 

 

I have a question about my Qantas Points - who do I contact?

If you have a query, complete the Qantas Frequent Flyer contact form. Alternatively, call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre on 13 11 31 between 7am and 7pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday and have your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and PIN on hand.

You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and use Qantas Points. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions.

Please note: Points earned displayed on booking is an estimate only. Total points earned is determined by actual dates travelled and amount spent. Points Plus Pay is only available on bookings through Cheapa Campa websites or through the Cheapa Campa reservations team.

*Members will earn 1 Qantas Points per $1 spent on eligible Cheapa Campa rentals. An eligible vehicle is an Cheapa Campa branded campervan, motorhome or 4WD camper. Frequent Flyer details must be provided between booking your RV and completing your road trip to be eligible to earn points. This can be done at the time of booking online, at the Cheapa Campa branch or by contacting the Cheapa Campa reservations team. Surname on booking must match that of the Frequent Flyer account. Points can be earned on bookings made direct and via travel agents. Valid when renting from Cheapa Campa Australia locations only. Points will be credited up to 6 weeks from completion of the rental period. Age, credit and driver requirements apply.
